Innovation Dash emerged from observing an industry filled with risky and outdated practices, where brand messages often got lost in the development process. To combat this, Innovation Dash introduces Western management principles and cohesive design thinking to the product lifecycle.

CONTRACT MANUFACTURING & MATERIAL SOURCING
Sourcing is the foundation of your organization’s success. The key to success with your supply chain is finding a manufacturer that can efficiently prototype, meet lead times, implement appropriate processes to ensure consistent quality, and has the infrastructure to scale and support growth. We add value by leveraging our extensive network of manufacturers to enhance your supply chain, whether at the contract manufacturing or material/component level.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & OPTIMIZATION
Typically, sourcing results in a quotation, followed by an outline for prototyping or sampling. We have relationships with low-cost, rapid prototyping companies, as well as manufacturers who are skilled in effective sampling. Whether it's a sample or machining components to provide proof of concept, we will guide you through the most efficient path to sampling. We then optimize the design for manufacturing (DFM) and provide suggestions for cost improvements.
VALUE ENGINEERING & COST-DOWN
Keeping your Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) pricing optimal is every profitable company's duty. Our goal is to reduce costs without sacrificing the value of your product. To achieve this, we use a variety of risk-mitigating strategies based on our collective experience in product development. We perform this service with a transparent Bill of Material (BOM) cost breakdown.
QUALITY ASSURANCE & QUALITY CONTROL
Many factories can create a good sample, make grand promises, and ultimately fall short in quality. We have encountered such factories and know how to identify them through a rigorous evaluation of their quality processes. Our experienced team works with you and our factories to develop a strong quality program for your products BEFORE production begins. We accomplish this by identifying destructive testing requirements, critical, major, and minor failure modes of testing, and implementing an AQL program for all Incoming Quality Control (IQC) material before production is initiated.
